You will receive the discounted rate for as long as you continue the service. If you stop the service, the discount will be forfeited.
Yes. You may add up to two individuals over the age of 18 to your account. Email or call us to add another person.
Yes. The storage of one key is included in the fee for the annual subscription. Additional keys may be stored for $0.50 per key.
If the eamil and/or PIN associated with the account cannot be verified, you will need to answer a set of security questions associated with your subscription.

Of course! However a small fee of $5 will be charged if the driver has already been dispatched.
The delivery fee is $40 as long as you are within 3 miles of the zipcode used in the initial purchase of the subscription. If outside of 5 miles an additional fee may be added.
Our drivers will wait up to 10 minutes for you to retrieve your key and another 10 minutes for you to return the key back to the driver for storage.
